Migraine is no doubt, one of the most disabling illnesses. Apart from the agony caused, people loose so many work hours due to migraine. The common advices given to the people with migraine include regular sleep, regular food timings, avoiding certain types of food etc. A recent study published in Cephalalgia has shown now that aerobic exercises significantly reduce the frequency of migraine and intensity of the pain.
