It is depression if you expected a lot from yourself because of overthinking and other reasons; you could not study and prepare well for the exam. And a week or two before the exam you start wondering, what you are going to do with your life if you fail or don’t score good marks. There is peer pressure, societal pressure etc. which aggravate this feeling. Its anxiety if you have prepared well for the exam and you feel like you cannot recall whatever you have studied so far. It’s usual for any student.

1. Meditation

Meditation is effective in fighting depression and is also effective in stopping relapse for those who have experienced episodes of major depression. 5 minutes of meditation before you start your studies will not only help to fight depression but also help you to develop more focus and enhance memory retention capability.

2. Desserts

You should treat yourself to desserts sweetness always helps to combat depression and stress. The only thought of having dessert lightness up the mood so actually overwhelming it will do wonders. But don’t overeat. Ensure it is balanced else you will lose out on a balanced diet.

3. Talk to someone

Do not lock yourself up and build a faithful relationship with your books. Humans are social animals and you require to talk and express your thoughts to someone. Ensure you take out time to converse and share your ideas with someone, your family, and friends, stranger. You need a support system and someone who will inspire you.

4. Exercise

Exercise will help the dispersion of blood all over the body and help you regain concentration. If you can manage to pinch out 15 minutes to do exercise would be great. Any light exercise will raise your energy level.

5. Music

Music is the best way to release depression and stress. Music is peaceful and calm. It has a unique link to our emotions; in this way, it helps us to decrease stress and depression. You can also listen to music while studying
